I specialize in Deep Tissue massage using Deep Touch, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy. My clients often report feeling lighter with freer movement and increased range of motion after their massage. I enjoy reading, sewing, hiking and yoga. She later pursued an M.A. in video documentaries focused on music, and taught Hebrew for 23 years at the University of Buffalo. Her strong passion for helping others heal through holistic methods led her to become a certified yoga teacher 27 years ago, trained at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. In 2014, she graduated as valedictorian from a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) program in New York State and also holds an LMT license in Michigan. Rachel has studied and trained under Dr. Paul Shapiro, a respected MD in Physical Rehabilitation, in manual muscle energy therapy techniques. In February 2022, she completed an online certification program as a functional nutritionist. Rachel believes that her combined experience as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and functional nutritionist—along with her training in manual muscle energy techniques—gives her a deep and practical understanding of therapeutic approaches that promote overall well-being. Her skills are especially suited to addressing musculoskeletal issues, reducing pain through realignment techniques, and supporting clients in building strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and overall health. At Restoration Massage Therapy & Wellness Center (RMT Wellness Center), Rachel offers private massage sessions combined with manual muscle energy therapy to reduce pain and support musculoskeletal alignment; private or group yoga sessions; private or group yoga-based breathing technique sessions; private functional nutrition consultations; and group seminars titled The Path to Healthy & Skillful Living.

Kevin Olack is a Certified Clinical Foot Reflexologist. With a core belief in the body's God-given ability to heal itself, he approaches each session with deep respect for the mind-body connection.

He’s passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their inherent healing potential and brings a holistic, informed perspective to his work. With a gentle yet effective approach to reflexology, he specializes in helping individuals dealing with a wide range of conditions—from chronic pain and stress to digestive issues and insomnia. Kevin’s empathetic nature and strong intuition allow him to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of his clients, ensuring a personalized and deeply relaxing experience. With a background spanning 25 years in the health and education fields, he earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wayne State University, first in Health and Physical Education, followed by a specialization in Wellness and Nutrition within the field of Kinesiology. Kevin’s reflexology journey began at the Branch Reflexology Institute in Lansing, Michigan, where he trained in the renowned Ingham Method of Reflexology under Barb Brower—a leading reflexologist known for her work in NIH-funded studies on reflexology’s impact on breast cancer patients. Inspired by Brower’s Body Talks method, Kevin incorporates mind-body awareness and emotional release techniques into his sessions. He stays current in the field and is always looking for ways to expand his knowledge and enhance his practice. Outside of his clinical work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, reading, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. His mission is simple: to help each individual move toward healthier, happier living—one step at a time. A typical reflexology session with Kevin begins with a comprehensive consultation to discuss health goals and address any questions. Afterward, clients remove their shoes and can either recline into a comfortable, adjustable anti-gravity chair or lie flat on a blanket, which can be heated to their preference. Using a mix of experience, intuition, and expertise, Kevin tailors the session to the client’s needs—promoting relaxation, relieving tension, improving circulation, and encouraging the body’s natural balance. As he applies precise, gentle touch to stimulate thousands of nerve endings in the feet, clients often experience a deep sense of calm and whole-body relief, frequently drifting into restful sleep and waking up feeling refreshed and revitalized. His sessions offer a space for healing, relaxation, and renewal.
